2. Our Jewellery

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography.

Many LUMIIERE NOOR pieces incorporate handcrafted elements, natural stones, freshwater pearls and individually finished details.

Because of the nature of these materials and manufacturing processes, slight variations may occur between pieces, including variations in:

• Shape
• Texture
• Stone characteristics
• Pearl appearance
• Placement
• Finish

These characteristics contribute to the individuality of each piece and will not normally be considered faults.

Product dimensions and measurements may also be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your contract with us.

3. Product Availability & Limited Collections

Some LUMIIERE NOOR jewellery is produced in limited quantities.

Products are subject to availability, and placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Restrict quantities purchased by an individual customer
• Discontinue products or collections
• Correct stock availability errors
• Refuse orders where we reasonably suspect purchasing for unauthorised commercial resale

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil the order, refund the relevant amount paid.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement or confirmation email. An acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract between you and LUMIIERE NOOR is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched, depending on the wording of the confirmation we provide.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• There is an obvious pricing or description error
• Payment cannot be authorised
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
• We reasonably suspect the order is being placed for unauthorised commercial resale
• We are unable to deliver to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount paid.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

From time to time, LUMIIERE NOOR may offer promotional codes, introductory offers or other discounts.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash
• Only one promotional code may be used per order
• Codes must be entered before completing checkout

9. Bespoke, Custom & Personalised Orders

Where we offer bespoke, personalised or custom-made jewellery, these products may be created, manufactured or sourced specifically according to your requirements.

Please check all specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.

Once production, sourcing or manufacturing has commenced, cancellation or alteration may not be possible.

Certain bespoke or personalised products may also be exempt from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not conform to the agreed specification.

10. Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be handled and stored carefully.

Depending on the materials used, exposure to water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, excessive moisture, sweat or improper storage may affect the appearance or longevity of jewellery.

Where jewellery care instructions are provided with a product or on our website, customers should follow those recommendations.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by failure to follow reasonable care instructions will not normally be considered a manufacturing fault.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding the quality or durability reasonably expected of the product.
